on our NETWORKS page, FOPN Providers include
Doctors of Optometry and Doctors of Ophthalmology,
depending on the requirements of the Vision-Care
and/or Eye-Care services we are providing
and the individual Health Plan’s needs.

All of the doctors providing services through an FOPN Vision-Care and/or Eye-Care plan or program are skilled, trained, experienced professionals. They share several things in common, regardless of their health-care discipline, region of the state or office location, including a sincere concern for their patients’ well-being and a commitment to provide the best care possible.
